I love this idea because it is Simple, Healthy, and Colorful.

Cook some vegetables like carrots or broccoli. Add other vegetables you don´t need to cook. For example, pepper cut in julienne strips. Place them inside of a plastic transparent cup, in which you have previously added on the bottom a dip of your preference. It is really easy to make and it is well presented.
