How to Make a Snake with Russian Salad.

Beautiful Snake Made of Russian Salad! 

It is a very beautiful Snake which has a really sweet little face. Your guests will be really surprised and they will love it!

Put on top of a plate the Russian salad and shape a letter S with it. There are moulds with this shape, although they are not easy to find. The salad must have an appropiate thickness, so it won´t spill around. Shape the head at one of the ends by making the shape of a heart. However, cut a little piece before making the down tip. On the other side leave a piece, and shape a new S curve to use it as a tail.   

Cover the body with pickle slices and a row of green olive slices. Put on the center of the olives some little pieces of black olives.  

Make the outline for the head using sweet corn, and add some egg yolk powder to shape it. Use black olives to make the eyes and the eyelashes. Make the crown and the tongue with carrots. I would make the tongue with pepper, but it wouldn´t be as stiff as the one showed in the picture. 

To give a surprise in Adult´s Parties and in Kid´s Aladdin, Harry Potter, Indiana Jones, The Jungle Book, Animals, Jungle or Tarzan Themed Parties, among others.

It is ideal as Starter, Appetiser, to Snack or as side dish of a beef main dish.
